Change and remove access

If you are a Company Owner or Admin, you can change and remove access of fellow Company members.

Changing access

1. Go to app.neuronsinc.com to access the Neurons platform.
2. At the top right, click on your profile image.
3. Select Settings.
4. Under Users, you will find a list of users with access to the platform from your company.
5. Use the dropdown boxes to select and change access types to the corresponding users.
6. Click Confirm to apply changes.

Removing access

1. Go to app.neuronsinc.com to access the Neurons platform.
2. At the top right, click on your profile image.
3. Select Settings.
4. Under Users, you will find a list of users with access to the platform from your company.
5. Click on the  icon next to the corresponding user’s role to remove their access to the platform.
6. Click Delete to apply changes.
