This article will show you how to upload files to Neurons AI and it's requirements.
- Go to app.neuronsinc.com to launch Neurons AI.
- Click the
Upload button in the right side of the top menu. - Choose the files you want to upload.
Tip: You can also drag and drop files directly into Neurons AI to upload them!

Neurons AI standardizes all video uploads to a frame rate of 24 frames per second (fps) for analysis purposes. This is a standard practice, meaning that regardless of the original video frame rate—whether it’s 25 fps, 30 fps, or any other—the model processes and analyzes it at 24 fps consistently.
A video will be transcoded by us, prior to AI processing, such that:
- Frames per second is 24
- Video height is always in the range
[128 - 1024] - Video width is always in the range
[128 - 1024] - We will always maintain the existing aspect ratio
Note that the dimensions are adjusted up or down, depending on the size.
