Upload files to Neurons AI

1. Go to app.neuronsinc.com to launch Neurons AI.
2. Click the    Upload button in the right side of the top menu.
3. Choose the files you want to upload.

Choose where your files go

The Upload button in the top menu uploads to the page you're on. If you're in a folder, your files go into that folder. If you're at the top level of a workspace, they go there.

The upload icon next to Private or Organization in the side panel always uploads to the top level of that workspace, and takes you there once your files are uploaded.

Before you upload, check the pill at the top of the page. It shows which workspace and folder you're in. Upload requirements are the same in both workspaces. Read more in Private and Organization workspaces.

Supported file types

Image file types	.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .webp
Video file types	.mp4, .mkv, .avi, .mov, .webm
Mixed media types	.gif, .mp4, .webm, .avi, .mov, .mkv
Document file types	.pdf

Image specifications

¹ Images with a width or height above 3000px will be downscaled to 3000px.

Video & Mixed Media specifications

² Videos and mixed media  with a width or height above 1024px will be downscaled to 1024px.
³ Videos and mixed media will be converted to 24 fps.

Neurons AI standardizes all video and mixed media uploads to a frame rate of 24 frames per second (fps) for analysis purposes. This is a standard practice, meaning that regardless of the original video frame rate—whether it’s 25 fps, 30 fps, or any other—the model processes and analyzes it at 24 fps consistently.

• Frames per second is 24
• Video and mixed media height is always in the range [128 - 1024]
• Video and mixed media width is always in the range [128 - 1024]
• We will always maintain the existing aspect ratio

Note that the dimensions are adjusted up or down, depending on the size.
